Here at Dontay Hair & Cosmetics, we accept orders via phone, fax, post & email.
We invite any wholesale company, hairdressing salon or beauty salon to try our products.
Please download our client application form, complete and return to receive some of our free samples.

Via eMail:........... Just drop us a line to info@dontay.com.au with your requests or requirements.

Via Post:........... Our easy order form can be posted to Dontay Hair and Cosmetics, PO Box 6797, Upper Mt Gravatt, Qld 4122.

Payments...........

Dontay Hair & Cosmetics accept payments via all major credit cards, EFT (electronic funds transfer),
money order and bank cheque only.

Credit Cards:............. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card and Amex.

EFT:............. Please contact us to obtain our bank details for an electronic funds transfer.

Money Order / Bank Cheque:............ Just post to Dontay Hair & Cosmetics along with your order form.

Returns.............

Dontay Hair & Cosmetics will not accept responsibility or provide refunds for any products returned with out prior authorisation.
To obtain return authorisation, please find a return authority request form on the orders page.
Although various products carry various warranties, products that have been subjected to abuse or misuse will not be refunded.

Uniforms must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Any uniform item must be unworn and not soiled or altered in any way
to qualify for a refund.

Any authorised returns must be sent to us via a secure delivery method and must require a signature upon delivery to Dontay.
Any consignment tracking number is recomended to be kept as proof of delivery.
Dontay Hair & Cosmetics will not accept responsibility for any returns not received unless a proof of delivery can be provided.
